We could debate the pros and cons of applying herbicides or slurry, but as we do neither, we were chosen by Peacock Salt of Ayr to supply food grade blackthorn for their new craft salt. Not a lot of fun harvesting or loading it by hand, but we can't wait to taste the end result.
